Tom returned to MVT in December, 2018. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor for individual clients. Tom has experience at the Chicago Board of Trade in the Treasury Complex, executing large orders for institutional houses including Goldman Sachs, UBS, and HSBC. Tom worked in 1991 on the Chicago Stock Exchange as a specialist and market maker trading 30 listed securities. 

Tom is licensed as an investment advisor representative with Series 3 and 66.

Tom most recently has dived in and put his expertise to work with special attention to the Dividend Funds and rebalancing portfolios for optimal performance for the year end. Rhea  joined the firm in 2007 as a temporary office assistant to work on the major project of transitioning to electronic filing system at our former Naperville office. Over the years she has become our primary administrative support person. While working for MVT, she earned her Associate in Liberal Arts degree with a concentration in Office Data Entry and Early Childhood Education from Morton College.

She was glad to return to the firm in September of 2010. She has since received her Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Psychology from Roosevelt University in May of 2013. She enjoys assisting our clients and staff in variety of areas such as clerical support, client day-to-day operations and marketing initiatives support.

Rhea has three young daughters and likes to play an active role in her community and their activities. She is a Girl Scout Volunteer Troop leader, and enjoys reading, relaxing and appreciating the outdoors with her family whenever possible.  

Rob Osmanski joined the firm in August, 2018, to continue his career in financial services. He has an affinity for financial trading, as he started working at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange at the age of 16. After graduating college with bachelor's degrees in Economics and Philosophy, he started his professional career at a high frequency trading firm. In 2015, Rob completed an entrepreneurship program provided by 1871, a company known for being Chicago's center for technology and entrepreneurship. Shortly after, he began working at a start-up recruiting agency specific to the built environment and the AEC marketplace.

Being a part of MVT as an Analyst, Trader, and Support Advisor, he looks forward to practicing long-term investment strategy and financial planning to complement his previous trading experience. 

 Rob thoroughly enjoys live improv and stand up comedy and has completed Chicago's Second City Improv training program. He actively volunteers for nonprofit organizations and his favorite nonprofit is Doctors Without Borders. Also, being an accredited pizza connoisseur, he claims Paisano’s as having Chicago's best.
