  clients except in cases:

  - As permitted by law.  For example, providing information required by insurance regulators or 
    law enforcement agencies.
  - With your permission.  With parties that assist Mitchell, Vaught & Taylor, Inc., in promoting 
    our own products and services.  For instance, through sample reports or examples of portfolio 
    analysis.

2)Mitchell, Vaught & Taylor, Inc., does collect personal information in the normal course of business in 
  order to administer your accounts, act in accordance with the U.S. Patriot Act, and to generally 
  serve you better.

  - Application information
  - Transaction information
  - Planning information:  taxes, estates, retirement, college savings, etc.

3)Mitchell, Vaught & Taylor, Inc., maintains policies and practices that protect the security and 
  confidentiality of our clients.

  - Access to records is restricted to employees who we determine need the information 
    in order to perform their job duties.
  - Employee training.

4)Mitchell, Vaught & Taylor, Inc., will provide notice of changes in our information-sharing practices.

  - If, at any time in the future, it is necessary to disclose any of your personal information 
    in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, we will give you reasonable notice of the 
    proposed change so that you will have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.
